A yoga programme specifically designed to nurture children’s emotions using cognitive behavioural therapy and yoga therapeutics
The School Yoga Project is a six-week, in-school wellbeing programme designed specifically for Key Stage 2, 3 and 4 children.Blending yoga, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, it equips pupils with practical tools to:

Curriculum Alignment
The programme closely supports the Health and Wellbeing core theme of the PSHE curriculum, particularly the Mental Health strand. Each session is designed around PSHE learning outcomes and reinforces key concepts through movement, breathwork, and discussion.
Links are also made with the Physical Education curriculum through group and whole-class movement sessions, ensuring a fully integrated approach.
How it Works

Format: Small group sessions (up to 5 pupils)

Led by: A fully qualified Yoga Teacher and experienced Primary School Teacher
