Introducing: Mindful Lunch Breaks

One of our most popular options is the 20-minute Mindful Lunch Break — a short, guided session designed to help staff reset and recharge during the school day. These sessions include:

Gentle mindful movement (chair-based or standing)

A short guided meditation or body scan

Time to simply be, away from demands and decision-making
