Introducing: Mindful Lunch Breaks

​

One of our most popular options is the 20-minute Mindful Lunch Break — a short, guided session designed to help staff reset and recharge during the school day. These sessions include:

​

  • Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system

  • Gentle mindful movement (chair-based or standing)

  • A short guided meditation or body scan

  • Time to simply be, away from demands and decision-making

​

These mindful breaks are a powerful way to embed wellbeing into the rhythm of the school week, without adding extra pressure to your staff’s schedules.

Other Session Formats

  • Weekly 30–45 minute sessions (in person or online)

  • Twilight sessions or INSET wellbeing workshops

  • Drop-in mindfulness clubs

  • Custom CPD sessions on managing stress and building emotional resilience
