For EYFS, KS1 & KS2

A practical and engaging workshop helping children understand their emotions and develop simple tools to find calm, regulate big feelings and build confidence.

Using yoga, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation, children learn strategies they can use both in and beyond the classroom.

Children will:

  • Understand more about their emotions and how feelings can show up in the body.

  • Learn simple breathing and movement tools to help them find calm.

  • Develop strategies for managing big feelings and moments of overwhelm.

  • Build confidence in recognising what they need to feel regulated and ready to learn.

  • Take away practical tools they can use in school and at home.

Students will:

  • Develop a better understanding of stress, emotions and their own responses.

  • Learn practical breathing techniques to help manage stress and pressure.

  • Explore tools to support focus, regulation and readiness to learn.

Body, Breath & Belonging

For teachers and school staff | 2-hour practical CPD

A practical, interactive workshop giving teachers simple tools they can use every day — both for themselves and in the classroom.

Through breathwork, movement, mindfulness and regulation techniques, we explore practical ways to support focus, calm and emotional regulation without adding another thing to the school day.

Simple tools. No extra workload. Practical strategies for everyday school life.

By the end of the session, teachers will:

  • Have a practical toolkit of simple regulation techniques they can use with pupils.

  • Know how to use breath, movement and mindfulness to support calm, focus and readiness to learn.

  • Understand simple ways to build regulation tools naturally into the school day.

  • Have strategies they can use themselves to manage stress and reset during a busy day.

  • Feel more confident recognising when pupils may need help to regulate and knowing what they can offer in the moment.

Teachers leave with practical strategies they can start using straight away — with pupils and for themselves.

Whole-School Option

Book one workshop. Combine them for a whole-school wellbeing day.

The three core workshops can be booked individually or combined to create a bespoke wellbeing day for your school.

Sessions can be arranged across the day for different year groups, pupils and staff, creating a whole-school approach to wellbeing.

1–2 hour standalone sessions available
Bespoke full-day programmes available

The day can be shaped around your school's priorities, whether that's emotional wellbeing, regulation, confidence, stress management or staff wellbeing.

6-week programmes & targeted interventions

Sometimes one workshop is just the starting point.

Where pupils need more time and support, I offer follow-up 6-week programmes and targeted small-group interventions.

These provide the opportunity to revisit, practise and embed practical tools around areas such as:

Emotional regulation · Anxiety and worry · Confidence · Self-esteem · Focus · Exam stress

Programmes can be adapted to the needs of your pupils and school.

We got brilliant feedback from today's sessions. The girls were genuinely lifted by your session and they were showing me their log books you gave them too. Thank you so much for working with us.
